Exchange Process
1- Contact our team via Instagram DM @shizanoor.official or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
2- Share your order number and reason for exchange (wrong size, defect, etc.).
3- Once approved, you will need to courier the item back to us at your own cost.
4 After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 working days (subject to availability).
